Based on 25 years sales experience in the Animal Feed and Livestock Industry, DFA has developed an integrated system of training for all management levels in agribusiness. It is designed to take professionals through a skills development process, creating a confidence to increase company sales and individual performance.
The process works for new and experienced staff alike.

TOTAL Management Program (TMP)
Each component of TMP comprises of practical modules that are customised for each client. Namely:
- TOTAL Territory Management – develop all round skills for the sales-person including DFA’s own PROSPECT SELLING SYSTEM
- TOTAL Sales Management – For new or experienced Sales Managers – how to develop a cohesive plan and manage a team of sales people
- TOTAL Marketing Management – how to develop and implement an effective strategy and engage the sales team and client base
- TOTAL General Management – focuses on ensuring an effective strategic development plan is in place and managing its implementation internally and externally and that all levels (sales, sales management and marketing) are understood
