The art of spreading positivity and Social Media should go hand in hand, and over the recent years we have seen a strong shift towards using online platforms to emit kindness, which is amazing to see.

"When you have a social platform, you have a social responsibility" - Jen Powell

During the COVID-19 outbreak, it is more important then ever to keep judgements at bay and to use personal and business platforms to keep morales high as its an intense time for everyone. Celebrating others' achievements, sharing favourite recipes, sharing skin care routines and other self care activities, encouraging friends to try something new, we can all use this period to reflect and most importantly check in on each other.

We've seen some fantastic trends floating around on Instagram, such as 'run 5, donate 5, tag 5' and donating to Womens Shelters, get around these trends, start your own and keep helping others.

Things to think about before you make a post:

- Is this going to help a friend remember the FUN times (and that those times are coming back soon)

- Is this going to make anyone feel sad/guilty?

- Is this going to make someone smile?

- Is this a message I want all my followers to see?

- Is this post true to myself?

Most of all, keep smiling, keep posting about happy times and know that these times will be back, check in on your friends you haven't spoken to in a while... we got this!
